Inca ......NOW ADOPTED
Before Inca came to us she had been living in a cupboard. When she arrived she was fearful of everyone and needed time to adjust before going into a home. When she went to the vets to be spayed they discovered a piece of wood wedged between her teeth at the back of her mouth which they believe had been there for quite some time. After it had been removed, once the pain and discomfort had gone, she really came out of her shell and became the fun-loving, happy girl everyone here fell in love with. Today she left us for her forever home with a wonderful family and she seems to be settling in well. Good luck, beautiful lady - the bad times are way behind you now.
This beautiful girl has only recently arrived. Her new name is Inca and we're told she's a 3 year old Boxer x German shepherd. Before coming here she had been living a miserable life, locked in a tiny cupboard, never seeing daylight. Abuse and neglect is all she knew. 😥 Understandably she's very scared of people.
We don't want any adoption applications yet, this poor girl needs time to adjust, to bask in the sun, to feel the wind and rain, to run and play. But most of all she's going to need time to learn to trust humans. We'll let you all know when she's ready for her forever home.
