Coningsby Kennels began life as a rescue centre in 2008 when we fostered a Staffordshire bull terrier. From those humble beginnings we have evolved into what we are today. We now house up to fourteen rescue dogs looking for their forever home. 
We have a wonderful group of volunteers without whom we just would not be able to continue.

ADOPTION PROCESS....

All enquiries are to be made by completing our online application form .

If due to a technical issue, you can submit your interest via Email or  message via the Coningsby Rescue Facebook page 

Start your enquiry with the name of the dog you wish to adopt and give us as much detail about yourself , family , home ,pets etc and then add the life you think you can offer named  dog. .

Even if you have enquired about at dog before ,you will have to send your details again . ( Sorry but we just can't reread all our messages in such a short time scale )

Repeat messaging & emails will not improve your chances ,it will just delay our process of selecting the right home for named dog.

We do try to reply to every enquiry but your patience is very much appreciated as we are a very small team and with looking after all the dogs can only spend a small amount of time online daily. But this is not always possible.

No phone calls please . WE WILL NOT DEAL WITH ADOPTION APPLICATIONS VIA THE PHONE. 

Adoption fee of £200.00 and a home check applies to every dog we rehome.

Our pre-application form is now up and running. 

To apply to adopt any of our dogs please fill in our online pre- application  form.

Make sure you state the name of the dog in the relevant section. This enables us to filter all our enquiries . 

All dogs are reserved subject to a home check.
